Following in the footsteps of model-turned-actors such as Charlize Theron, Cameron Diaz, Ashton Kutcher and Mark Wahlberg, 16 year old Maddison Brown is about to make the transition from catwalk to big screen.

Having already graced the cover of Vogue and walked for the likes of Calvin Klein, the Australian-born teen has been plucked to play Nicole Kidman's daughter in indie mystery drama Strangerland alongside Joseph Fiennes and Hugo Weaving. Shooting this spring in her homeland, the film will likely be released in 2015.
